Please bring the following

• Identity documents of the patient and main member of the medical aid
• Medical aid card
• Method of payment for consultation
• Referral letter (if required)
• Knee X-rays with special views. Please request an X-Ray form from Sue prior to your appointment as you will not be seen without these.

Consultation Fees
New patients (45 minutes) | R1850.00
Follow-up appointments (30 minutes) | R 950.00

PE Knees is contracted out of medical aid. Please settle your account on the day of your consultation. Card facilities are available.

You will be given a statement that you may use to claim back from medical aid. Please note that consultation fees may exceed the amount that your medical aid covers.
